David, from the Kansas City, MO area, elected to cut out his bulkheads in one piece. This is a great way to assure proper spacing and alignment. He reports that it cost him an extra half-sheet of plywood -- a small price, I'd say.
"Measure twice and cut once," David says. "I made A TON of layout errors but I don't think I cut any of them out."
