Scott, from Scott's Marine, is building his Laker 14 in Mooresville, NC.

Scott's boat will have the side-by-side cockpit configuration. This is our first look at a side-by-side in Customer Boats, so we are particularly interested to see the result.

Getting a feel for the seating position, and no doubt dreaming of summer days on the water.

Apparently it's a pretty wild ride!

Scott cut a nice sweep to the top of the coaming which gives it a really clean, sporty look.

To be powered by the latest in 1960s outboard technology. Gotta love these old Mercs.
